Network Management department serves as a liaison between contracted HMOs and the providers, advising the providers of new policies and procedures as they become available.
Network Management staff have the collective healthcare industry and other related knowledge along with the negotiation experience that is required for building new networks and properly expanding existing networks. They have extensive experience developing contracts and reimbursement schedules for all managed care product lines, establishing comprehensive provider panels for network and implementing marketing strategies to maximize recognition by potential.
